Adamstown Pudding Kitchen is a charity organisation set up to help raise funds for the Adamstown Uniting Church and other missions and "Outreach" functions of the church.
The Pudding Project was established in 1971 and has occupied various settings such as home kitchens and church basements before moving to its current premises in 1979 on the old parsonage site adjoining Adamstown Uniting Church.
A dedicated team including many volunteers, ensures that the high standards are met and quality puddings are produced. Volunteers assist with the dry mixing of the product, wrapping the puddings and are involved in sales of the product also.
Although a not for profit organisation, we are a commercial sized kitchen that produces over 12,000 kilograms of puddings each year! We commence cooking in May and finish cooking in November each year.
